How to make tax exempt purchases

Making Tax Exempt curriculum purchases is easy on www.comprehensibleclassroom.com.
Begin by logging into your existing teacher account on the website or creating a new account (instructions here).
After your account is created, you must convert it to a district account--even if you are a teacher making this purchase for use at school or on behalf of your school district. To do this, click the box marked "I am a school district administrator".
Next, add your school district's information. At the bottom of the page, you will see a space for Tax Exempt Documentation. Upload your Tax Exempt Documentation there.
At this point, our team will receive a notification that your materials have been uploaded. We will review and approve the materials, and you will receive a notification that your account is enabled for Tax Exempt purchasing. From that point on, any purchases you make in your account will be Tax Exempt.
