How to use Access Documents

Modified on Fri, 01 Sep 2023 at 01:34 PM

When you purchase a resource from The Comprehensible Classroom, you receive a Licensed Access Document. Every Licensed Access Document contains one or more clickable links that lead to a Google Drive folder containing the instructional resources that you have purchased.

Using Access Documents allows us to keep teachers up to date with the most recent versions of all of our resources. When you open an Access Document and click the link to view the purchased resource, you have several options:

  1. You can open the files in your web browser to view and/or print them.
  2. You can download the files to your computer and open in your preferred software (PDF viewer, Microsoft PPT or Word; Keynote or Pages).
  3. You can add the folder to your drive so that it is bookmarked for easy access moving forward.
  4. You can make a copy of the files so that you can edit any of the editable materials, such as Slideshows.
  5. You can convert editable files to Microsoft Powerpoint or Word.
