My file will not open

If you encounter issues opening your files after purchase, this can usually be solved by first moving the item to your desktop before opening/unzipping the file. Usually this fixes any file not opening and formatting issues.


The sequence of events should look like this:

1) Purchase materials

2) Download materials

3) Move materials from your downloads folder to your desktop

4) Unzip / open files from your desktop


Note: this is because of compatibility issues with the zipping and unzipping of folders. Moving to the desktop first helps!
