Can I get a discount or refund on TpT for a bundle if I already own some of the resources?

Here's the situation with your TpT Purchases: you buy a unit or a few units, and later you see that they are in a bundle. Or, you buy a unit or units, and then soon after those resources are bundled with other things you want. You want the bundle... but what about the money you already spent on those individual resources?
There is no way for us to offer a partial discount on a bundle purchase, but we CAN give TpT permission to issue a refund so that you can use the money toward the purchase of a new product.
If you are seeking a refund on a purchase that was made within the last month, there is no problem! Purchase the bundle, then reach out to TpT and ask for a refund on the duplicate purchases. Include a link to this help article as evidence of our permission for them to issue the refund. They issue refunds very quickly and without any trouble! We love Team TpT!
If you are seeking a refund on a purchase that was made longer than one month ago, we may still be able to allow a refund. Reach out to support at info@comprehensibleclassroom.com to ask for a note granting TpT permission to issue the refund to you. Purchase the bundle that you want, then send the note from us as an attachment to TpT Support in a request for them to issue the refund. They will be able to help you, and we are so grateful for their Customer Service!
