Special guest Alyssa Blask Campbell, Founder of Seed & Sew joins Martina and Elicia to explore the question: What if our conversations surrounding classroom management have been ignoring the heart of the problem? Alyssa has a M.Ed. in Early Childhood and co-created the Collaborative Emotion Processing (CEP) method. In this session we talked about the CEP method and how to walk through the 5 stages to maintain a healthy, supportive classroom environment.
